Zervicio's Open Cloud model has been implemented by a Packaging Equipment Manufacturer operating out of India; supplying standard as well as customized packaging machinery to food product manufacturing companies across globe.

Each specialized machinery delivered to the customer is under a comprehensive warranty for a period of twelve months from the date of installation.

Installation of these machinery handled by own technicians of this company. Immediately after dispatch of the equipment from their FG stores, the installation requests are assigned to specific technicians through the Zervicio. The technicians and engineers use Zervicio Open Cloud Mobile platform – and receive the installation request alerts on their mobile itself.
