Zervicio's Open Cloud model has been implemented by a Multi-brand Fitness Equipment major in India; selling fitness equipment and accessories to corporate and retail customers in India as well as other Asian countries.

The order fulfillment process handled by Zervicio ERP – enabling the customer company to handle the complete supply-chain process. The fitness equipment company has its presence in more than 20 locations across India and having more than 50 service engineers to handle new installation requests as well as service requests for products under warranty as well as out of warranty.

The Zervicio Private Cloud environment has been implemented for this customer to handle installation and service requests of the fitness equipment installed at varying locations across India. Immediately after dispatch of the equipment from their FG stores, the installation requests are assigned to specific technicians through the Zervicio. The Service Managers and engineers use Zervicio Open Cloud Mobile platform – and receive the installation request alerts on their mobile itself.

The installation completion and customer verification is captured on the Zervicio Mobile platform by the technician himself at customer's location.
